The Patronato Panama Viejo allows the use of three of its monument areas for events: the Panama Viejo cathedral, La Concepción convent, and the Jesuits convent.

The activities that are carried out must meet the regulations that determine the use of the site.  Within the activities that are commonly carried out we can mention: book presentations, art and cultural performances, concerts, social and tourism events, dinners, weddings, and others.

For events that are held inside the Historical Monument Complex (HMC) a request must be presented with all the required information at least 60 days prior to the event.

Any activity within the HMC must be subjected to the conditions and policies for events that are defined by the institution.

Photography sessions and filming

The Patronato Panama Viejo allows the use of the Historical Monument Complex for filming and commercial and social/family photo shoots (fifteenth birthday celebrations, weddings, and others).

For filming and/or photo shoots within the Monument Complex the request with all the required information must be presented a minimum of 48 hours prior.

Any activity that is carried out within the HMC must be subject to the institution’s conditions and policies for use during filming and photo shoots.
